Hello world!

I can not believe I am starting another blog.  This is the third attempt at blogging.  My first was a dismal failure called Today’s Seed.  It was a Christian daily devotional.  Unfortunately, it sort of never worked out.  I had tried to move my daily emailed devotional to a blog format.  This had terrible results.  My second attempt was through myspace.  This worked well, and I liked finding old friends from school.  I will probably keep that page going just for contacts with them.  This will be something different.  This will be developed into an entire family web page over time.  So why the title.  Well, I am a runner and this blog will deal with how I run the major portions of my life.  Running, science, my family, and my faith.  But more on that later.  Anyway, we all are here together, so lets run together.  Lace up.
